before booking

How does check-in work?

Each apartment has its own key safe, so you can arrive independently at any time. We do favour a personal welcome and will be happy to greet you on arrival if you let us know your exact arrival time at least one hour in advance.

Can I arrive outside check-in hours?

Check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is before 11:00 AM. For late arrivals or special requests, please contact us directly — we will do our best to accommodate you.

Is there parking on site?

Yes, free private parking is available for all Le Ruisseau guests.

Can I store my bicycle safely?

Yes, a locked, secure garage is available for bicycle storage.

Is there a washing machine?

La Fougère dorée (T3) and La Bruyère rose (T2) each have their own private washing machine. The three studios have access to a shared laundry room.

Is linen provided?

Yes, bed linen, towels and kitchen towels are included for stays of less than 7 nights. For longer stays, linen is available as a paid option at €25, with a change every 10 days.

Are pets allowed?

No, pets are not accepted in our apartments.

Where can I shop nearby?

Au Panier d'Eugénie, the village grocery store, is open Tuesday to Saturday from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM and 3:30 PM to 7:00 PM. A local farmers' market takes place every Wednesday morning. The Carrefour supermarket in Grenade-sur-l'Adour also offers delivery to Eugénie-les-Bains.

Is there wifi and air conditioning?

Yes, free wifi and air conditioning are included in all apartments without exception.
